Before a project begins

A website inquiry does not create a project commitment. Deliverables, fees, timing, revisions, access permissions and responsibilities are agreed in writing before work begins.

Source information and approval

Catalog and equipment listing work relies on client-supplied or authorized sources. Missing or conflicting information is flagged for confirmation. Product compatibility, equipment condition, specifications and prices require the client's approval. Store imports and public publishing are separately scoped.

Quantity takeoff inquiries

Takeoff requests are subject to a scope and capability review. The website does not offer engineering design, signed certification or guaranteed bid accuracy. The contractor remains responsible for final bid decisions and approval of quantities.

Catalog, listing and measurement examples are illustrative, not completed client engagements. Website concepts in the portfolio are demonstrations and do not imply endorsement by the depicted businesses.
