An agreed measurement scope
The trade, drawing set, units, inclusions and exclusions defined before a quote is accepted.
FOR TRADE CONTRACTORS · SCOPE REVIEW FIRST
Share the trade, drawing revision and deadline. We review the scope and confirm whether we can support it before accepting the project.
Defined scope. Agreed review. Direct communication.
Example format. Not a client project or bid estimate.
THE DELIVERY
The trade, drawing set, units, inclusions and exclusions defined before a quote is accepted.
For accepted work: a quantity schedule tied to drawing references and measurement assumptions.
The review responsibility and delivery format agreed up front. Your team approves use in its bid.
A MANAGEABLE FIRST STEP
This service begins with a feasibility review, not an automatic booking. Project acceptance depends on scope, drawing quality and available review capability.
No engineering design, signed certification or guaranteed bid accuracy is offered. Labor rates, productivity, material prices and final bid decisions remain with the contractor unless separately scoped.
BEFORE WE START
No. We first review the trade, drawing quality, deadline and review requirements. We confirm acceptance in writing before a paid engagement.
The initial offer is quantity measurement for a defined scope. Local pricing, labor productivity and final bid preparation are not included.
No. The sample is a simple illustrative calculation showing the proposed delivery structure. It is not evidence of a completed construction engagement.
START WITH THE SCOPE
Trade, drawing index or a non-sensitive sample, revision date and deadline. We arrange document sharing after the initial review.
